My first church review as oavo. People might ask, “What right have I got to review a church?”
Same right as you — and maybe a little extra, because I’m the cheeky window cleaner who’s spent the last four years chasing something we’re all short of these days: face-to-face care.
This isn’t just a “find your local church” list. It’s about the places that still keep the kettle on, the door open, and people looking out for people — whether you’re religious, curious, or just needing a bit of support.
And here’s the other thing: sometimes a church hasn’t got the time (or the tech) to build a proper webpage. I can help with that. I can help tell the Wirral what’s really going on inside these walls — and how it might help you or someone you love.
P.S. At the bottom of this page you’ll find 10 buttons — they open the details on what goes on at St Catherine’s, Tranmere.

A Church for the whole parish of Tranmere
St Catherine’s is part of the Church of England, serving the parish of Tranmere through worship, welcome, and community care.
We are a local church for local people — a place where faith is lived quietly and openly, where questions are welcome, and where people from many different backgrounds are met with kindness.
Whether you are exploring faith, returning after time away, or simply looking for a place of welcome, you are very welcome here.

Worship at St Catherine’s
